Has anyone stayed at Regal Beach Club on Cayman 7 Mile Beach? II says it has limited exchange activity.

We are looking to exchange into Cayman next year. I don't want to stay on the east end nor stay on the North Sound so that pretty much narrows it down.

Would love to know if anyone knows anything about this resort. It currently has zero reviews on TUG.

We stayed there back in 2003, renting directly from the owner of the condo. The unit we rented was 2-bed, 2-bath. The condo and resort were nice. The location was close to Georgetown. The beach was nice, but much narrower than the beaches found further to the north on 7-mile beach. This information is very old, so don’t know if it will be of any help.
