All Tug Buddies with experience we are in the process of closing a two bedroom lockoff in Aruba Marriott Surf Club annual weeks 18-50 (Gold week). The final paperwork has not been signed off on and I would greatly appreciate everyone's feedback. Will it be easy to rent the one bedroom? and if so not real sure what to do. My husband and I really do love Aruba and we thought a Marriott would be a good investment. Nothing has been finalized yet. All info is appreciated.

If it's a resale purchase this is likely not a good choice. As a minimum you should delay until you're certain what's best for you and what you're getting for your $$$.

Assuming it's a retail purchase, you're paying significantly more than you would resale. You're getting points but at a higher fee per point on a Gold week. You need to be sure what you're getting into. IMO I would not buy a gold week there unless I intended to use the full unit almost all years.
