I am so glad I found this site. Mailing out the certified letter as soon as I get home from vacation. (It will be on day 8 of my allotted 10 day rescission period) I absolutely love the resort and want this timeshare, but thanks to you all on these boards I realized I paid thousands too much. Also I need to do my homework on RCI's, the point system, maintenance fees and pretty much everything so I have a better understanding of all points on Wyndham timeshares. I came out of the presentation a new owner thinking I knew everything I needed to know. The realization that I truly don't understand everything the timeshare entails is startling and frankly maddening. So now I'm off to educate myself so I can buy through the resale market.

Just in case, I attached the rescission instructions. Make sure whoever signed the Ts also signs the rescission letter. Send the letter certified. How much would the rescission save you?

Here are free Wyndham contracts. Seller does what you to pay the $200 closing costs and $300 Wyndham fee.

I’m actually thinking about that Ocean Blvd myself, but I already have three (3) Wyndham TS.

I also attached a form of Wyndham MF. Lower the better, but Canterbury Wyndhams will cost $1,200 per EY 100k pts.

Thanks. From a few of the resales I have my eye on, the rescission saves me about $11,000!!! That is so crazy.
