Is there a master list of resort fees at the Orlando area timeshares? Alternately, best ones that do not charge a daily resort fee?

I am not aware of any master list. If you are doing an exchange, any resort fees will be disclosed in the fine print prior to booking and paying.

None of the Marriott or Sheraton properties have a resort fee. I believe HGVC has resort fees now for those exchanging in through RCI.

Thanks. Looking thru my RCI portal, I saw daily ones at hgvc and weekly at the holiday inns. I'll have to look in my II for better choices.

In addition to the above, Disney resorts charge a resort fee. None of the Wyndham timeshare resorts in the Orlando area charge one at this time. Don't believe the Cypress Point resorts do either.

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
Diamond resorts often have resort fees for exchangers.

Note that the DVC fee is only for incoming RCI exchanges (which wasn’t explicitly mentioned in the OP though may have been implied). However, as I understand it incoming exchangers are not assessed the Disney resort parking fee so it’s basically a wash for those who have a car.
