Sedona Question

I am vacationing in Scottsdale for a week at the end of this month. Taking a day trip to Sedona where I plan on hiking for a good portion of the day. Have a dinner reservation that evening in Sedona at a nice place. My challenge is that I need a place to change, shower for dinner. Does anyone know if a gym, spa, fitness center (other ideas) that I could purchase a day pass for in Sedona for this purpose? Thank you!

Try Los Abrigados. I think they have a day rate (but not sure how much it is) for their very nice gym/spa facility. You could even run through the Eucalyptus steam room if you have time!
