Selling Massanutten Timeshare

Does anyone have advice on selling a Mountainside Villas timeshare? I own unit/week 171/49, and would like to sell the timeshare along with the maintenance fee obligations to someone.

Unfortunately that week is not a prime week. The unit is worth virtually nothing. Even to give it away you may have to sweeten the deal with some maintenance fee help. Sorry to bring bad news. Good luck and hope everything works out.

There is a bulletin board where you check in, that you can post your unit for sale and the HOA will also put a notice in the club newsletter if you ask them. In 2012, I sold my week 8 for $1000 this way. I had bought the unit on eBay a few years earlier for $305.
The HOA is very helpful and even recommended a good and cheap attorney to handle the closing. As you probably know, this HOA is seperate from the rest of Massanutten (thankfully).
