I believe they charge an upfront fee - something in the neighborhood of $599. That's a no-no at TUG. And forget about any money-back guarantee.

Take a look at bidshares.com. I recently sold my timeshare through them and it was pretty easy, although it took a while to get a buyer. Depending on how you would price your unit, it might sell quickly or take several months.
