WKORV, WKV, 2-SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim)
There are 2 basic methods:

-Post Ads yourself on the various timeshare websites, negotiate the deal, and pay a timeshare title company to do the paperwork. Cheaper, but requires a lot more effort/knowledge on your part.

-List it with a timeshare broker, who will handle the whole thing for you for a commission - similar to selling a house.

This is who I use in Hawaii - he's on Maui and he's a Tugger:

The very first thing you want to do is call Marriott resales just to see if they are brokering or buying back your week. They stopped brokering EOY units but they change all the time so you want to ask. You may get the best price from them and the transaction is smooth. The resale department can be reached at 866-682-4547. https://www.marriottvacationclub.com/resales/sell-weeks.shtml

We sold our unit through Marriott. Quick, easy but a bit pricey; they took 40% of the selling price but for us, it was worth it.

I know some have an uneasiness to DIY renting or selling of a TS but it truly is so easy to do so, if you have a TS that is of some value. If you don't have a TS with value, neither you or a broker will have success unless you sell it at a very low price. In that case, even more so you need to DIY because for a lesser TS that won't sell easily you'll be paying someone to accomplish nothing for you.

Go to Redweek and research what your unit is listed for. That won't tell you what they sold for but it will give you some indication. Review the other ads and copy one that you think is the best one with the most info. If you want to sell it quick list it as the lowest ad and wait for any interest. If you're not in a major rush and want to get a little more than list it at near the bottom and after the lowest sell their will be interest in yours hopefully.

Now if you're ok with paying $300 or as much as $1000 for a broker to try to sell it for you with no guarantee it will ever sell versus paying less than $75 to DIY then that is your choice.

Researching what you own I'd strongly suggest Redweek because in all honesty a broker won't sell it very quickly or at all without expecting a fee from you to sell because it's not likely to sell very quickly unless you offer it at a very good price and in that scenario there isn't alot of margin for the brokers to deal with so it's not likely they will get it done for you or even offer to sell for you without an upfront fee.
