Does anyone know how many 4 bedroom units smoky mountains has? I was hoping for a week in June 2020. When I search now at 10 months out, (March) they don't any 4 bedrooms available. I did see availability for a 3Bedroom.

    Thanks!

I can confirm that there are at least two 4BR Presidentials, since I was
just now able to reserve two of them for 4/30-5/7 (presumably using RARP).

After those two reservations, there is no availability in a 4BR for that week
(but I suppose there may be other 4BRs already take or not available to me).

I think there are actually three, but sales keeps one for their use to show. Of the two that remain, one is an ADA unit with a roll in shower in one of the front bedrooms (we had that unit a couple of summers ago).

About a 2 hour drive give or take, depending on traffic and the route you choose.
