I have a week banked for exchange through Interval International that will expire this year June 28th. It is for a one-bedroom but you can exchange for whatever is available at the time you are looking. The thing is i am NOT going to be able to use this week and would like to sell BUT have no clue about doing so. You will have 60 days out to book the vacation week so some flexability is needed. I would like $1400 and that will include the transfer/booking fees. Any and all suggestions would be great since i have never done this.

Thank you-Fultoa

P.S. This is a Starwood Exchange, I don't know if that matters or not.

As a note, your II membership prohibits you from reselling an exchange - you can lose it and have your account closed.

yes, as others have stated, it's against II policy and you could have your membership terminated (and your renter would lose the week as well.)

not worth nearly $1400 (as e.bram was trying to say: "delusional.")

you'd be best off giving the week to family or friends.

Interval week

I did not know that info.....thank you. i thought that since i could transfer OR book the week to someone else that i could then sell or rent as well. So i am either to use it or lose it....and THAT sucks!

Thanks again for the info.....and NOT the sarcasm:wave:

Please note that you cannot advertise in the discussion forums - I have edited your post.

Here are some options:

1) Make an exchange and gift it to friends or family.
2) Post it as a "Distressed Week" on the TUG Sightings and Distressed Forum - PLEASE read the very specific rules at the top of that forum.
3) Call II and pay to extend the deposit.
