The Marriott purchase was from Sumday Vacations, not Timeshare Warehouse where the bad guy is. I was a little confused too. I'm not sure why the mention of the Sumday Vacations purchase other than to show by comparison how a good seller works? Maybe I'm missing something, as well.
Yes, I am trying to say your Marriott should be closed by now, and Marriott should be recognizing you as an owner.

What is the real concern with a seller like Timeshare Warehouse (formerly Memorable Vacations and Luxury items, or whatever his other name was)? He doesn't close timeshares in a timely manner, and how do you know when the guy is just going to stop recording them and just keep the cash he gets from the auctions? How does he get to change his eBay name all the time? I tried to register a new eBay name and was stopped, because I already have a name.

He lost TUG business because he was slow in recording and RUDE to several TUG members. He is a slug-slow and slimy.

With all the negative feedback here, I would be very hesitant to buy from Jon Comas again but my experience was more neutral than negative. I bought my first RCI points resort from a Jon Comas company in late July of 2008. It was a slow closing but he was never rude and answered my questions politely and timely. Unlike some other ebay sellers, I have worked with there were no mistakes on the deed. It was late September before the resort recognized me as an owner and it was another month before my RCI points account was set up.

So certainly no glowing endorsement from me, but I did not have the really bad experience some others have had.

Jon Comas and Timeshare Warehouse are names I haven't heard mentioned in a long time. Does anyone know if the economy has put them under and out of business, or have they been reincarnated and now doing business under a new name?

Amazingly, feedback is 100%; however, I would guess that 98% of the feedback is for DVDs and other small items being sold.
