I am surprisingly having a hard time renting my early March week @ WKV. The resort is sold out that week. I am wondering if the policy is still in place where you can turn your week over to the resort in hopes of them renting it out & splitting the fee?

I know this used to be an option in the past but I have not heard mention of it in a while. My week is listed on redweek & I have dropped the price quite a bit with no takers yet.

Not sure if VSE/VSN still has a rental program - no one has reported on this for quite a while.

This increased difficulty with renting WKV has been discussed. Likely AirBnB effect and perhaps decrease in popularity of Baseball (?) - I think MLB attendance has been waning. We had no offers either - usually had these rented months in advance.

Glad we got 10 years of rental offset for our 2 Villas - I had always planned to use them for SO exchanges in retirement (check) - good timing...
We are actually using a week this year, and other week was used of a 1Bd at WKORV.
