success selling mexican timeshare?

Has anyone had legitimate success selling a Mexican timeshare?

Sadly most mexican timeshares have little to no resale value

likely need to check out recent successful/completed listings to see if your resort is already being offered/sold by owner owners for $1 and if so you have your answer.

SMTN would have you believe that Villa del arco is worth up to $45K on the resale market. But of course, resales are listed for $995 or less....essentially free.
I think you'll be much happier learning to live and love your timeshare. Most owners report good reviews from the villa group.....

Sorry, As others have noted: turn lemons into lemonade and enjoy that beverage with your family and friends. The price of memories and time spent with family is priceless.

You can post in the Mexican forum for additional feedback....actual resale value/attraction depends on type of ownership; BBB will have info that might enlighten you in the MX threads....

Yup! I forgot. I was helping a family friend with a PB resale/giveaway and I think there is a pretty active FB presence for the PB and Villa etc... timeshares. Good one!

I gave away my Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach studio unit to someone on the PBSB owners Facebook page. The buyer paid the $500 transfer fee. I listed it the day before hurricane Odile hit and still had multiple people interested.
