I'm on the CUP waitlist for a late June or July 4th week in either the Mountain Lodge or Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek. Wondering if these summer weeks are easy to get? From what I understand the summer weeks were sold as floating weeks to customers who purchased ski weeks.

Be patient. I had to wait about four months for a summer week at Main Street Station in Breckinridge, but it came through about a month ago. It's a high demand season, as you know, but not as high demand as ski season so you have a decent shot at getting it.
