Surf Club all 2BR lock-offs ?

Can anyone confirm for sure if all 2BRs are lock-offs? If not all, which one ?
Searching the internet and quering the sellers, there are a lot of conflicting statements in both directions.

I am considering buying a 2BR oceanfront or oceanview (Lighthouse building) and want to ensure that I buy a lock-off.

Thanks for any insight and first-hand knowledge.

As long as a resort has some 2BR lockoffs, it doesn't matter if the specific unit you purchase is a lock off of a non-lock off, you would still be able to book a lock off as long as one was available at time of booking. Snagging lock offs is a first come first serve opportunity, within your unit size and season.

I am sure that all of the 2BR units at the Surf CLub lock off. There are some 3BR units that lock off in to a 2BR and a studio, but you can't buy the 2BR dedicated side anyway. Regardless, as @Fasttr indicated, it is a floating unit system, so even if 100% of the units were not lock off, you could still reserve one based on availability. Though this is not an issue at the Surf Club.

If you want the Lighthouse building, you will need an oceanfront or oceanside view unit.

Thanks for the correction @Travelmore ! I knew that, just wrote it incorrectly.

The oceanview are fouth floor and above in Compass (7/B) and Spyglass (8/C) buildings. Spyglass (9/D) is all gardenview.
