I am about to place a request on a deposited week, what I am requesting is for Mar/Apr 2020 so guessing it is safer/advisable to take the e-plus incase I need to make changes closer to the time?

I wouldn't bother to add ePlus until you get the exchange. After you get the exchange you have up to 5 days to add ePlus.

We now always buy e-plus. Stuff happens. Especially when you are planning 18 months in advance.

Is this an enrolled week in the DC program? If so, you already get free retrades in to Marriott properties.

I am enrolled with a corporate account, this week deposited that I am looking to place a request for an exchange is one they gave me on purchase as an extra. When I follow the steps eplus comes up to tick for 44€.

How do you get the free retrades. Is there a place on the site I can just give up that week and retrade it? Or do I have to call II and have them do each retrade?

I purchased an eplus (when I guess I didn't need to). When you do the retrade you go to the site where is shows your exchanges. In there is a button that you click for retrades. The process is automated. How is it done if your enrolled in DC program?

thanks

Go to the My History tab in your II account and there will be a button for the EPlus retrade. You don't give up your week until you actually confirm something new. So feel free to "window shop".

If you are using an enrolled week and didn't add EPlus, there is simply a "Start Retrade" link for you to use instead of an EPlus retrade button.

To clarify on this Dioxide, I am about to exchange a deposited week (one Marriott gave with a purchase) for a week next Christmas/New Year 2019. However if something come available at Easter (in 2 months time) I would prefer to take it, so do I exchange the week and not add e-plus? Then its possible to retrade to Easter?
