Does anyone have a recommendation for a restaurant that will be serving up Thanksgiving dinner in Cocoa Beach? We will be at our timeshare that week with friends and would like to go out for a "traditional turkey dinner with all the fixings". I'll need to make reservations I'm sure if we can even get in anywhere. Thanks for any suggestions. Prefer sit-down, order from menu type restaurant, but a buffet style would work too.
THANKS!

Hotel dining rooms are probably the best place to start.

The restaurant in front of ocean landings resort had a terrific spread last year, but I can't recall the name. I would also like to recommend the restaurant Branos for good Italian food.

I called the resort and they are putting together a list of local restaurants that are offering Thanksgiving meals. They will have the list completed on Thursday, so I am calling them back Thursday afternoon. We have not eaten at Gregory's in the past when going to Cocoa Beach (you mention this restaurant in a separate response). We are trying to find something in walking distance if we can (though we will have our van so could drive if need to). Our resort is Discovery Beach.

Pretty sure you'll end up driving from Discovery Beach.

If you don't mind chains, places like Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, or Perkins will also have turkey plates.

Thanks so much for the replies!
We did go to Gregory's for Thanksgiving dinner and, unfortunately, would not go again. Quite expensive for the "ok" buffet food, and service was terrible. We were placed at a table right by where people had to get their plates and our friends (who had their backs to this area) were constantly bumped, asked to move their chairs in, and at times I thought were going to get food spilled on them. Our waitress (if you can call her that) had to be asked twice to bring us glasses of water, barely acknowledged us once we got our food, had to be tracked down to get us our checks, and screwed up our checks (charged us full price instead of the senior discount price even though we mentioned to her that we were to get the senior price before she even brought us our checks, so checks had to be redone), and then we noticed that our checks had an 18% gratuity already onto them. I'm sorry, but I'm not in favor of restaurants who automatically add tips to the bill. We are normally high tippers when service is good, especially during holiday seasons, but would definitely not have paid 18% for the bad service we rec'd. Tried to talk to manager, but place was packed and we never did see him/her and finally left. I don't think Gregory's normally does buffets and this would probably be a decent restaurant during "normal" times, but I don't plan on giving them a second chance.

Sorry to hear this. We went on a weeknight. I ordered broiled seafood platter and it was ridiculously small, not jumbo as promised. My husband had seafood Alfredo's and it had five times the seafood I had. He made four meals out of it. So I was disappointed, he wasn't. The brunch menu looked so good.

I missed this thread earlier. A few years ago we found ourselves in Cocoa Beach for Thanksgiving. Believe it or not, my wife and I ended up eating dinner at a Golden Corral in a town not far south of there. Surprisingly we were pleased with it. There was a line, but not too long. They had run out of a couple of the side items by the time we got there.

Great, celebration on Thanksgiving! We went for dinner and the same thing happened, we had to wait for a long as the hotels were all occupied.
