Time to Share Realty

Has anyone used this company/Melissa Dann to purchase a timeshare? There is an ad on the tug marketplace currently. She is a licensed real estate broker in FL with no complaints that I can find. I just can't find anything about timeshare. What should I ask her?

I purchased a Marriott Timber Lodge through Melissa Dann and Melissa Bistrican at Time to Share Realty last year. I had absolutely no issues and would buy through them again with no hesitation. They kept me informed throughout the process and the purchase closed in a timely manner. Good luck with your purchase!

Good news, thank you!! I think I'm overly paranoid because of the scams I read about on here.

nothing wrong with covering your bases for sure!

however the vast majority of the scams fall on the other side of the table (targetting sellers)...vs targetting buyers.

not that im sure it doesnt happen, its just extremely rare.

I asked for an estoppel and I got a filled out request form instead. I asked for the real estoppel and she acted offended and stopped responding to me. Buyer beware.

Does anyone else have any recent experience with this realtor and company? They just accepted my eBay offer so I would like to be sure they are legit!!
