has anyone traded vidanta grand Luxxe loft in Nuevo Vallarta through RCI and had a satisfactory experience?

Assuming you are asking about exchanging in; the only loft units there in RCI right now are the Celebrate loft ones (resort ID DI47) and you have to have a platinum membership to get them. They are all in building 5A; the hotel ones are the lower floors while the 1 BR ones span the upper two floors. You will be treated well there and won't be discriminated against for room selection if you get a 1 BR because they can't really do much, but typically Vidanta assigns rooms by a priority system starting with owners, then goes through the exchangers starting with preferred ones that they believe get them the most sales. They do adjust based on whether you agree to a tour/sales pitch. Bottom line - I like the 1 BR lofts, which don't cost much more in TPU/points than the hotel units and believe you will have a satisfactory experience in those. You also get access to the swimming pool on the roof of the building they are in.

The other loft units had been in RCI platinum for a while, but aren't available there now as they are shifting the inventory to Third Home or Elite Alliance.
