Last review for this resort was 2014 (8.33 overall). Last (limited) mention was in a thread from 2015 (and 2009 before that).

Any updates or current information on this resort? I briefly owned there a few years ago and have rented out some units there as well, but have never been there personally. It's the only coastal timeshare in Georgia and is 18 miles from Savannah. It is very rare to see this resort in RCI inventory, and those weeks are usually winter weeks. I know it's an older legacy resort that has been reported to have a strong HOA. I know the resort and units were updated a few years ago. All units are 2BR/2BA/Sleep 6 and have balconies with ocean views.

Any owners or recent exchangers have anything to report?

We were owners there for a while, but only visited once. It wasn't our cup of tea. Even though it is right on the beach, the noise from the nearby boardwalk where they played really loud music was sort of a deal breaker for us. We had purchased it for a particular reason that had subsequently been eliminated, so I was happy when someone answered my ad to sell it on the owners bulletin board. I lost a few bucks since there was one special assessment while I owned, but not enough to worry about.

I don't honestly remember a lot about the inside of the resort, but they did renovate while I owned, hence the special assessment.
