Unable to get into RCI

Hey guys,
Anyone ever get this error message when trying to go to RCI through the hgvc website? I called and they transferred me 3 times, with no help at all.

The problem may be with your browser. Try a different one.
I use Chrome & Firefox (both of which bring up RCI).

UPDATE:
I was able to get into RCI today. I did just get my account set up, so it seems as though there is a delay in getting access to RCI.

You'da think the CSR's at HGVC could'a clued him into that issue b4 passing him around.
