Can you still request housekeeping to put a foam topper/egg crate ting on the bed?

I remember they were available upon request since the beds can be too hard for some people.

I do not know. You can always ask as they are generally very accommodating.

The beds in MP units are still pretty hard. The King in GM was softer than the 2 in the lock-out room. GB and GL beds are significantly softer. Actually one snarky sales manager was grilling me back in 2013 when we were enduring the presentation and still saying we were not sure about upgrading. He said "What do you not like? Are the beds too soft?"

You would call housekeeping to request an egg crate topper. Last year when I made the request, the maid arrived with two. This was to see if I needed one or two to make the mattress comfortable to my liking.
