Villa de Palma Cancun

A coworker of mine went to Villa De Palma in Cancun. Apparently, it is a fractional. They offered her a package of weeks for small charge of $300K.

She loved the resort, does anybody know anything about this place?

There are several reviews of Villa del Palmar in Cancun in the TUG review section. I couldn't find any resort named "Villa De Palma" in Cancun. I certainly hope your coworker didn't buy for $300K--one should be able to get a whole condo for that price!

It is a beautiful opulent resort in Punta Sam next to Playa Mujures Golf Course and the ferry terminal. Punta Sam is about 20 minutes north of Cancun. Not much out there.

The Villa del Palmar Cancun is the timeshare resort and the building that was being built just south of the VDP was going to be something like the Enstancia's that are next door to the Villa del Arco and Flamingos. These are fractional ownership's. These condos are very opulent but do not come with daily maid service.

Many people do buy these fractional's because they like going to a destination for an extended period of time and like the quietness of a condo vrs timeshare resort.
