Hey everyone,
Just wanted to give you a heads up on this guy. Gary Shelton from Timeshare Advantage is a swindler and is dishinest so do not ever go to him to buy or let him buy from you if he contacts you. I wrote in about 4 weeks ago telling everyone that a broker (Gary Shelton) contacted me to buy my unit and I told him I felt uncomfortable selling to him because I got the feeling he was a fast talker. I initially agrred and then told him I had trust issues with him and he threatened that if I did not sell to him he would have to take the issue 'further'. I reluctantly agreed and he made me wait 3 weeks for any response from him. He never started the process of closing and I called him several times and he told me to be 'patient'. I contacted him at the 3 week mark and told him if I didn't hear from somebody within the week I was going to negate the contract between us. He then told me that he had decided recently not to buy the unit from me. He never contacted me, wrote, called, or sent anything by mail. I just wanted everyone to know about this company and him and to be aware of what goes on out there. I learned from thsi the hard way.
