Westin Kaanapali Sales History and ROFR Data

Is there a place on TUG to get sales history and ROFR data on the Westins in Maui? The ROFR database I saw on TUG did not include Westin, or so I thought, unless I missed it. If not, would folks mind posting what has passed and not passed ROFR on the various 2 bedroom units in the North and South sides?

My wife and I just received notice yesterday Westin Ka’anapali RV waived their right to refusal on our annual 2 BR ocean view offer and we will be closing very soon.

While I was there (about 3 weeks ago) I asked our Time Share Resale salesman how many times Westin bought back their own properties. He checked in his computer and said in 2016 he sold over 70 Westin properties resale and Westin did not try to buy back a single one. Hope this helps Aloha!

Michael with Time Share Resale’s Hawaii. He works at the Whalers Village office and did a fantastic job helping us through the process and answering all our questions.

I have interacted with Timeshare Resale Hawaii and I thought they were sort of rude. I have spoken to at least two people at that company and have not been impressed. Stick with Syed Sarmad at https://advantagevacation.com/. He is so nice, honest and knowledgeable. Everyone on TUG raves about Syed. I am in the process of closing on a timeshare with him. He is so helpful and spoke to me by email and phone for hours until I decided. He did not know if I would buy or not but he treated me with utter respect and never made me feel like I was bothering him.

Interesting. We had a good experience with Timeshare Resales Hawaii when we bought last year. I guess YMMV. I think we didn't contact Syed because he didn't have what we wanted (WKORV OFC).
