and how do I know if a resale I am looking to purchase has it and will therefore grandfather me in? Maybe I am not understanding this all correctly but if somebody would explain it to me, I would be ever so grateful!
Thanks!

Silverleaf

I would assume ee/bt is "Endless Escapes/Bonus time" which is Silverleafs bonus time. It has gone from 6 days at a time without any charge when I first purchased to what it is today (which IMHO is not much). Access to this is granted based upon the type of owner you are. Originally, everyone had an equal shot at bonus time as long as you called 14 days in advance. Then Silverleaf changed their system effectively screwing people at the bottom by adding different levels of ownership. Now if you own at their lowest level I believe you can still call for bt 14 days in advance but the higher levels can call 21 days in advance which doesn't leave those people with much. Now they also charge for the bt and they have limited to I believe 3 days. They did this essentially as a marketing tool so they could squeeze more money out of people by getting them to upgrade at a hefty price. Nothing says they can't do that to current owners! Add this to the top ten reasons why I don't like Silverleaf (even though I am not at the lowest level). The dt term I have no clue.

Bonus time is a nice perk when you can get it.

They will talk to you like you can call anytime and get bonus time no problem:( . Bonus time is only available if someone cancels or does not use their use week, so availability is limited from the very start. They generally do not use developer unused/unsold inventory for Bonus time. They use developer inventory for sales weekends. Fox River really fills up over the weekends and is empty by monday. If you can go mid week you will have less competion and probably more availability.

DT:confused: ; Did you mean Diamond? If so Diamond is a sales perk only available as far as I know from the sales people for people when purchasing a second deed from Silverleaf. They use this to push people to buy a second deed and they push white and blue deeds in these presentations. If you watch eBay you will see that White and Blue Silverleaf deeds are throw aways sometimes selling for pennies, so if you purchase a white deed from Silverleaf 'for the Diamond Status' make sure the benefits are worth the price you are going to pay for it.
