that has been recently refurbished
and has a nice view from the patio

How much is the security deposit
for RCI exchangers?

Governor's Green isn't much for views. Woods on one side, pond on the other is about as good as you'll get. We go to GG fairly often and have never inquired about the refurb schedule and we've not been disappointed either.

The only recurring maintenance/housekeeping issue is the jetted tubs. The nozzles get moldy.

I'm a Wyndham owner and know nothing about RCI exchangers security deposit. Why not call GG and ask? (757) 564-2420

I always expect a security hold of about $100 unless it specifically says otherwise.

Finish? I didn't know there was any new construction going on. Buildings are being renovated -- is that what you mean?

No originally they werw supposed to be 30 buildings. Tthat why you have a adult pool so far away

Unless they build a water park like glacier canyon or Smoky Lodge, I think they have plenty of inventory vs the demand at Williamsburg without any additional buildings.

I think they only have 4 4 bedroom presidential. so They could use some more of them
