WKORV-N question

I have a question on an upcoming week we will be spending at WKORV-N in December.
We have a 2br unit reserved through II on a week we deposited with II and just got another week in a studio unit at WKORV-N on a getaway week we purchased through II last week.
I would like to request that both units be in the same building as we are staying with family and would like to be close by if possible.
I realize we are lower totem pole for room assignments, but was wondering what would be the best way to request this. and of course we want what everyone else does (high floor, ocean view even if it is just a partial ocean view ...) :)
Should I contact the resort directly or try to speak with the concierge?
Does anyone have any suggestions for what number to call to make this request?
Also, we may want to rent one of the pool side cabanas during our stay, I know before when we traded into WKORV through SVO we received a letter from the concierge giving us contact information for this type of request. But since we got this via II, I don't have any of this information.
Can anyone point me in the right direction for these requests?
Thanks in advance, this message board has been so helpful in learning about Starwood and all that goes along with SVO ownership.

No, I haven't called owner services, I figured because this wasn't a trade within SVO, but an trade in II they wouldn't be able to help me with these requests. But I willl call them first and find out.
Thanks!

II does not get involved in requests - as Jim said you will have to call Owner Services. Let them know that you are a Starwood owner even though you aren't an owner at WKORV.
