Do you think there is a likelihood of special assessments at Wyndham properties in the aftermath of the hurricanes?

For Bluebeards they say no special assessment. Insurance will cover the damage and there is plenty of money in the reserve fund. I doubt if there will be a SA for Elysian or Margaritaville either.
