This program was perfect for what we wanted to do. We have not used our timeshare in years and were just paying fees and dues each year of over $700. We just wanted out. The transaction was easy. I called them, gave them my member number and we made a deal over the phone.
The entire transaction did not cost me anything, we received three years of points that we can use and deeded the property to Wyndham. It took about 6 weeks to do title search, etc. They emailed me the forms to sign and in about 6 weeks we were out.
I rate this an A+ transaction and would recommend it to anyone wanting to just get rid of their timeshare.
