Just looking at the spacebank, it seems that Wyn has deposited through July. They tend to deposit 7-8 months prior to use, so that makes sense. However, the Newport resorts were all (AFAIK) originally sold as fixed-week, and very few summer owners converted. So, there is unlikely to be much deposited after internal points owners get a 2-month head start.

Wyndham has added their bulk deposits through July 2018. So you've missed the bulk deposits for June/July, if there were any - Wyndham may not offer much (or any) of a bulk deposit of seasonal prime weeks. But August is yet to be deposited by Wyndham - again, only for the prime weeks they might offer.
Much of the Newport RI inventory is still owned as fixed/floating weeks, not in the points system. So IF those owners want to exchange, they deposit their individual units whenever they want, not according to the bulk deposit schedule. The best chance is by making an OGS request very early. Include any and all Newport resorts that would be acceptable, Wyndham or not. This is a tough trade because it's so seasonal. You may have better luck looking at summer 2019, with an earlier OGS.
