Wyndham Shearwater Advise Please...

Just a follow up to this thread: we are here at Shearwater now in Unit 102. Perfect Accessible condo with 2 Roll in showers and easy access from our car (handicap parking is right in front of the unit.). Fantastic views, a HUGE lanai, and the weather has been perfect (so far). Thanks everyone for all the help above!

I'm not sure why the concierge would claim to know when clearly she/he does not.
There really isn't a bad unit at Shearwater, but some have significantly better views than others. I believe the following units to be Sunday check in: 104, 105, 108, 204, 205, 208, 213, 313 Owners will already have unit assignments and may be offered a higher floor / upgrade. Based on slabeaume's question, I assume it is an exchange. FWIW, as owners of first floor units, we always include units 104 & 105 (and never 108) in our reservation request which is almost always for a Sunday check in. Views are excellent from the ground floor of that building. Units 204 & 205 would be even a bit better. I've never been in 108 or 208 but would consider 108 as the least desirable in the list. 213 & 313 are the furthest set back from edge of the cliff but being elevated probably restores the view a bit.

I have a 3 BR Presidential Oceanview booked. What unit numbers are the 3 BR units? I looked through the reviews and every single review was for a 2 BR unit.
