we are in the process of closing our first TS and I am so excited about planning our first trip to Orlando in 2007! Any other Sheraton Vistana owners going to be there in March? We are planning to go the last week in March, how is the weather/crowds, etc? We were there in early March last year and it was nice but could have been a bit warmer!

Buy The Unofficial Guide to DisneyWorld by Bob Sehlinger. There is an educated guess for every day of the year on crowd levels. He is very accurate, in our experience.

We just got back from Marriott Cypress Harbour (full week in a two-bedroom unit for our $299 Accommodations Certificate) and Vacation Village at Parkway (2 days with RCI points) yesterday. What a beautiful resort Cypress Harbour is!!! :whoopie:

Anyway, we buy the book every year, in the fall when the new one is out for the following calendar year, and we count on the predictions for crowd levels that are in the book and are never disappointed. This time, we knew that most days would be a "7" on a scale from 4 to 10, so we obeyed his advice not to go to certain parks and did go to the parks he recommended. We rarely had to wait very long for rides and shows. We were very pleased. That book is worth its weight in Disney tickets, or at least the gold it takes to buy them! :)

Crowds tend to peak just before and after Easter, which is on April 8 in 2007. So the crowds should not be too bad in March.

I second the opinion of the Unofficial Guide. Another good guidebook is available at http://www.passporter.com/. Passporter has some features the Unofficial Guide doesn't, but Passporter doesn't have the crowd estimates and suggested itineraries that the Unofficial Guide has.

Good for you! I remember how excited we were at the beginning of our planning! I don't know if you have this but, here is a link that may help TourGuide Mike . This site, along with "The Unofficial Guide" made trip planning very fun and easy. Enjoy!
