When surfing the RCI Points site and trying to find an available stay at ANY FF/WYN resort I come up with zip. I know this is a glitch with the RCI site because I've received two emails from them telling me they are working on it. Here's condensed reply's to two emails I recently sent RCI on this matter:

"We will let our technical staff know that these resorts are not
displaying for Points Standard Reservations. Thanks for bringing this
to our attention. "

After waiting three weeks I sent them another follow up email and this is what I received:

"Thank you for your follow-up. We did in fact notify our technical staff
of this issue. However, we cannot guarantee when it will be resolved.
Please do not mistake this as our not acting on your concerns.

Thank you for making us aware of the problem so that we could notify the
correct staff."

I guess my question at this point is where are all the FF/WYN weeks going since non-FF/WYN members can't see them?? I know Wyndham has it's own internal trading system for their members but those members also deposit points into both RCI and II. These are the weeks that should be showing. Makes ya wonder???

Maybe RCI wants people to have to call them rather than going online so they can take a shot at selling their members more/different services. With RCI, who knows. They seem to be the quintessential uncaring ball of corporate greed that's come to mark them as a not-so-vialbe exchange company.

I just returned from two weeks of exchange into Fairfield/Wyndham Hawaii. The first week was Waikiki Beach Walk on Oahu; the second was in Kona. I made my exchange through SFX. While I was there, I was told that Fairfield/Wyndham Hawaii has an arrangement with Trading Places that grants their owners some "special" benefits for making deposits into TPI. Maybe TPI is where some of the Fairfield/Wyndham weeks are going or SFX.
