Offering our Cove at Ormond Beach timeshare free to a new owner. This is a deeded week, not points based, ownership. It is a every year floating week so you get to reserve the week you want from year to year. The annual maintenance fees are paid for 2024 so you would be able to reserve for this year. We will split 50/50 the cost for title work/transfer thru LT Transfer or other reputable title company. We have owned this unit around 30 years and it is now time for us to let it go. It sits on a nice quiet area of beach and is just north of Daytona beach if you want to rev up your stay a bit! It is part of the Diamond Club and under the Hilton umbrella brand.
