Harborside Resort at Atlantis Phase I
We are looking to transfer our ownership to another owner. We own a 1BR Premium Villa in Platinum Season Phase 1 Floating. We will be using the information posted by another TUG member to help in facilitating this exit. We have owned the unit for 20 years and the maintenance fees continue to rise. My husband feels that management has not kept the resort up to previous standards.
