2024 has already been deposited in GPX. I have 2 exchanges in place and the new owner can pick either the Maui Lea at Maui Hill, 1 bedroom sleep four, Checkin 10/15/24 or Hanalei Bay resort 2 bedroom sleep 6 checkin 10/20/24. All the new owner would have to pay is the $69 guest certificate and any taxes and fees due at checkin.
RCI Membership is optional when paying maintenance fees and is $79/year if you choose to add it.
You will see Indian Palms units with lower maintenance fees...those are not associated with GPX. GPX is great for exchanges to California and Hawaii.

I have always used this unit to exchange into Hawaii and we don't plan on traveling to Hawaii any longer and need to downsize our ownerships.
