This is a fully paid-up deeded timeshare at Sunrise Ridge Resort. This exchanges for 53,000 RCI points each year.

2012 maintenance fees (including assessment, taxes, reserves and AVC) came to $748 and are fully paid. New owner would be responsible for maintenance fees as of January 1, 2013.

No charge for the timeshare. Just register the new deed with the country recorder and file the transfer papers with RCI and the resort.
