My husband and I (with three young kids) only have time and money to use one timeshare and living in Ohio, we want to get into something closer to home that doesn't require a 2400 mile roundtrip drive and go to Disney less often than we have been. :)

We are offering completely FREE:

Deeded fixed annual week #34 (usually 3rd week of August) at Legacy Vacation Club Orlando Oaks, 1150 sq. ft. 2 bedroom/2 bathroom lockoff unit, #325A/B on the ground floor. There is parking just feet from the unit's front door.

No mortgage or liens and all fees are paid and our ownership is current. New owner would get first use in 2013 as we already deposited our 2012 week to use for next year. This lock-off unit trades with both RCI Weeks and Interval International. I was able to pull 2 and 3 bed. summer weeks using the 1 bed. portion in II. I also got 30 TPUs for this year in RCI, depositing less than 9 months before.

2012 maintenance fees were $729, which was $15 less than 2011. Maintenance fees are due Dec. 31st of each year for the following year.

We've used this unit 3 times since 2006 and have been happy with the property, the location and the staff. We've not been back since 2009, having gone other places, and I understand there have been more improvements to the resort since then.

We will pay the resort transfer fee of $200 and pay for the closing through Legal Timeshare Transfers, http://legaltimesharetransfers.com/. If the new owner wishes to use a different closing company, we will be happy to pay $95 (the fee that Legal Timeshare Transfers charges) towards another closing company's fees.

If there are any questions, please send me a PM and I'll do my best to answer them. I have photos of our unit, but they are from 2006 and the carpet, paint and furniture have all been replaced since then to something much nicer. They do show the layout and unit size well though.

Here is the link to the resort's website: https://www.legacyvacationclub.com/destinations/orlando/orlandokissimmee/

Thank you!

Taken through Craigslist and the resort did the deep prep, recording and ownership transfer for $200!! We're now looking for a free or cheap 4 bed. at King's Creek Plantation in Williamsburg, if anyone sees one. :)
