Free closing, I will pay transfer fees.

Maintenance fees and use will start in 2024, once the contracts transfer through Wyndham.

I will keep fees paid until transfer occurs. Wyndham takes about 4-5 months for transfer. Deeds can be recorded within a week.

I would need a copy of your driver's license and a contract signed by you.

Wyndham Shawnee Village in Poconos in Pennsylvania.

Fees are $1239 per year, which includes an RCI weeks account.

Yes. I have used them at different Club Wyndhams(e.g. Vegas, Atlantic City, Williamsburg, Smoky Mountains, Myrtle Beach and Orlando) across the country. I have only stayed at Shawnee Village twice
