Anyone stay at this property? Have I been sleeping all this time and never knew about B.C. and Carlsbad? Or is there something special about booking into these properties?

I know I'm normally focused on Hawaii...and maybe I have been asleep!:eek:

AFAIK, there's no actual HGVC in BC... only affiliated Club Intrawest resorts.
Carlsbad... HGVC took over Marbrisa from Grand Pacific. Seapointe is an affiliate.

We stayed at grand pacific palisades (carlsbad) last summer. Took the kids to Legoland and had a blast. We have reservations for Club intrawest Vancouver. I didn't know about either of these even though I do all the timeshare planning. It was my husband who came across these properties in the HGVC member guide.
