Any Ko Olino/Kapolei restaurants recommendations (post-Covid openings) for a good (informal) lunch place and also a dinner spot. We're going to Roy's one night, so looking for a 2nd place not as touristy, if that exists. We eat everything-love fish, poke, Thai (the only place I see has no reviews for 18 months). Wanted to try Kahumana Organic Farms & Cafe, but looks like it's not open for dinner--so maybe hit it up for lunch? yes/no? Thanks. Elaine

If you head towards Waianae there are some food trucks near the beaches. Many of the beaches have State parks with picnic tables. Some one mentioned a little poke place in Waianae and said it was pretty good for a plate lunch. The reason we go out here is because of electric beach park snorkeling. I wouldn't make a special trip as there are so many food trucks and places to get poke. Food land is probably the best place for poke bowls, imo.

At Kapolei, check out Broke Da Mouth Grindz (close Sun & Mon), Sushi Bay, DorakuSushi (happy hours) and Gina’s (Korean food). At KoOlina, we like Noe Italian at Four Season. There’s a new place I haven’t been but got good reviews Da Poke Boyz located at Da Crabshack.
