We are heading for HH (Grande Ocean) next month and wondered if anyone had used a local kennel. We are contemplating actually taking the little guy with us this yr so he can run on the beach.

Has anyone used a local kennel? Any recommendations are appreciated.

Re: Pet Question

I have transferred three non-responsive posts to a new thread in the Marriott forum, have retitled this one for better info and am moving this to the Eastern forum for more exposure to those who might be able to respond.

It's not a personal recommendation since I've never been to hilton head (planning on using my DVC points there next year) but I went on Disney's member website and copied this info from the Hilton Head resort for you.

"Evergreen Pet Lodge, a local boarding facility, offers a 10% discount to Disney Vacation Club Members. Call (843) 681-8354† for more information and advance reservations."

One of our Tug members who now lives in Sun City has boarded her dog. She is on vacation this week so I'll tell her to post when she gets home. We live in the area but don't have a pet.

JFP,

My wife and I checked out the Evergreen Pet Lodge on a recent HHI visit.

We were both impressed with their facilities and cleanliness and decided if we were to bring our pets with us, we would board them at Evergreen.
