My friend and I just bought what we were told was fractionals. Later, we realized that these were not fractionals, and that we had been deceived. We were also recommendended to use an outside rental agency, to whom we paid an upfront fee.
We promptly cancelled our contract upon investigating, and are now in the process of getting all of our initial down payment and the fee paid to the rental agency back.
I want to warn anyone thinking of buying from Playa del Sol Grand, but I also want to give Playa del Sol Grand credit (not yet though) for when they do refund ALL of our money.
