Bumping this. I'ts MA school vacation week and Presidents Day, long weekend. Great resort! Walking distance to restaurants and 1 mile to Loon Mountain.

What does "Guest Certificate required" mean? Also, will the 1 bedroom have a full kitchen (with dishwasher) and will it have 2 baths (as some do!) with showers only. And will it have a fireplace? (UR very "light" with details about this property, IMO!) Also, can you promise me more snow and less rain during the week. Please! Thank you!

Oh, good catch. @jojo777 is this an exchange or getaway vIa II or RCI and you need a guest cert from them. Or is it the guest cert needed from Bluegreen?

Good question. Any interested party might want to make very sure that it does not mean "I am attempting to rent out this week that I obtained as an exchange from II or RCI, in clear violation of the written terms and conditions of my exchange company membership". Just a suggestion...
