I got my response letter from Starwood today, but it was canned - not a personal response. It stressed all the new benefits I'm getting under the new system!

Ken - during the change over, the SVR fixed weeks were listed incorrectly. There is someone at II who is working on getting them listed correctly. If you want her contact info., send me an email.

Should I care if it's incorrectly listed on my SVN account? As long as it still works on my personal II account, I don't see the point of wasting my time fixing their error (besides, now I can use them for trade tests...).

Ken these are non-SVN weeks, right?

If they are non-SVN weeks then you want then listed as "fixed," because that will exempt you from the new depositing rules.

Yes, but they are still listed correctly in my personal II account. They are also listed as floating in my SVN account.

I was told that my fixed week for 2012 would automatically show up in my II Acct. today and it's not there. (Fixed weeks/units can be deposited 2 years in advance.) Does anyone else see their fixed week in their II Acct.? I will call my contact at II tomorrow and find out about it, and report back.

Since these weeks can still be used to do a true "request first" I am eager to try it out.

If I am not totally mistaken my 2011 SVR fixed weeks only showed up in my II (non Starwood) account this week.

I heard back from my II contact - fixed weeks are supposed to show up in your acct. 2 years before the first day of the fixed week. So my 2012 SVR fixed week 16, should show up April 15th, 2010.

I was relieved when she didn't ask me why all my darn "friends" keep calling her for help! :D
