What does it take to exchange to Cozumel with RCI?

I'm planning to put in a request to exchange into one of three resorts in Cozumel in June 2008. I can use a high VEP resort or a lower one, both with good trading power. The RCI rep was totally unhelpful in giving me any clue which might find a match. If you've exchanged into any of these, it would help me to know what you used:

Club Villablanca
El Cid
Presidente Intercontinental Cozumel

I know that Club Villablanca and El Presidente are not open at the moment (unless the RCI VC was mistaken) but might be by next year.
