Anyone own Grand Crowne Or Surrey points?

Hi everyone I own a lot of Grand Crowne points that are only allowed to trade through Interval International. I mean Interval handles all booking and reservations even for home resort of Grand Crowne. There is no reservations or customer service onsite at the resort any longer. I’m really frustrated with Interval and want to know if anyone has had a similar experience.

I own SRV (22 years now!) which used to be managed by Trading Places until Capital bought T.P.
I haven't really had any issues with reservations as look as I book well in advance. I fully expect this to get bad soon as Capital sucks up all the property deeds. They've managed to weasel their way in and now require you to get a 'parking pass' at check in, which amazingly enough requires you to sit with a person from Capital to get... go figure.
I only use Interval for shortstays and the occasional bonus week. Haven't have much issue there either.

Couldn't go back and edit, so to clarify - Should have said I own SVR-Carriage Place (not the townhouses.)
