Aruba Surf Watch Villa Maintenance in July 2024?

I’m looking at Surf Watch for next summer, and saw a notice prior to booking that they will be doing villa maintenance in July.

Is that anything to be concerned about? Or it it more fine-print just to alert renters that there may be some minor inconveniences and / or noise due to the work?

Marriott tends to go through an entire resort over a several month period and renovate all the villas. This could mean you are in a building next door to a building being renovated or sometimes even on a different floor. It is to warn you of possible noise and disruptions.

I think you may actually mean the Aruba Surf Club? If so, the units certainly are due for a renovation.
