48,000 Yearly RCI Points Allocation

Coconut Bay Resort, Unit 315, Week 26, Broward County, Florida. Coconut Bay Resort, Annual Deeded Property, One Bedroom, One and a half Bathrooms.

2024 MF’s have been paid ($968.59), and are due on January 1st of every year. 2025 dues will need to be paid by the new owner before 01/01/2025. Points/property can be used this year.

I have owned this property since 2009 but have yet to step foot on it. I live on the west coast and we have only used the points. The kids are grown up and we’re travel-trailering now, so we have no more use for the points!

I will pay the closing costs through LT Transfers AND HALF OF the resort transfer fee.

I want this gone.
